Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible, while also ensuring that our property owners are compensated for their time and effort. Please read the following carefully to understand our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund Window: If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 48 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund. The refund will be credited back to your credit card. Please note that the timing of the refund credit reaching your account is dependent on your bank’s processing times, which are beyond our control.
- Partial Refund Window: If you cancel your booking after the initial 48 hours but within 14 days of making the reservation, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This will be credited back to your credit card. Again, the timing of the refund credit reaching your account is dependent on your bank’s processing times.
- No Refund Window: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days after making the reservation, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. This is to ensure that our property owners, who have held the property for you and potentially turned away other guests, are fairly compensated.
